Week 5:
This week we practiced shooting and intaking for the first time. We are able to do ground and source intake, and shoot into the amp and speaker. We made cycles practicing each skill, with chairs acting as obstacles for drive. Additionally, we tested our auto. However, we have some issues with drifting. Our battery issues have continued and we frequently brown out. We have discovered issues with the note getting stuck on the robot, specifically on the battery and the dead spot on the funnel. Additionally, our chassis has somehow bent, and we’ll need to investigate the cause of that. Also, a loose screw locked one of our swerve wheels into place, grinding a flat spot into the colson.
